With GoStanley, you gain access to a whole network of production facilities in Bangladesh which we have maintained for over 25 years. We only work with companies that we trust in completely. Why is GoStanley free of charge for me?
GoStanley receives a brokerage commission from the production facility. Our service is therefore free to you as the customer.
Do I have to sign a contract with GoStanley?
No, you do not have to enter into a contract with GoStanley or with a production facility.
What payment conditions are offered by the producers?
Payment to the production facility is usually due by invoice via bank transfer. In most cases, a deposit of 30% – 50% is required in order to purchase ingredients/accessories for your product. Further details are provided by the production manager upon receipt of your inquiry. If you do not wish to make a direct transfer to Bangladesh, we offer you the option of making the transfer to a German account and we will then carry out the transfer to the manufacturer. Please specify this in your inquiry form.
Can I insure my order?
Yes, we are happy to provide you with a suitable contact person for questions regarding insurance matters.
How does quality control work?
All our partners work in compliance with international standards like AQL and have their own quality control department.
Upon request, we can arrange an additional inspection through independent laboratories in China, e.g. TÜV Süd, SGS, SGT or BV. This service is subject to charges. Please contact us if you are interested. We are happy to provide the appropriate contact.
Can I visit the production facilities?
Of course. You are welcome to visit the desired production facility and meet our partner in person.
Can I be sure that no child labor is being used?
We have been working with most of the production facilities for years and visit the sites on a monthly basis. Therefore, you can rest assured that the employment of minors (children) is impossible.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The so-called MOQ = minimum order quantity depends on the respective product. You can either ask us in advance for the MOQ or simply enter the desired amount into the application form and wait for the manufacturer’s response. Of course, there is no maximum limit.
How long is the production time?
Production times vary greatly from product to product so we would ask you to request the exact production time together with a detailed description of your product via the contact form.
How long do samples take?
You receive samples for textiles, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, electric appliances and lamps within 15-20 days.
How much do samples cost?
Today, some factories produce samples for free and only charge for shipping by DHL, Fedex or UPS. The costs for samples otherwise range between €50-€120 depending on the product and production type such as molding or screen costs.
Are additional samples available during production?
So-called ‘inline production samples’ from the production are possible. These are usually calculated at three times the individual costs.
Is a textile production possible with ORGANIC COTTON?
Yes, we are happy to put you in touch with the appropriate partner.
How much are the customs duties for goods from Bangladesh?

How long does shipment by sea freight take?
Goods arrive from Bangladesh in Hamburg within 4 weeks. In addition, customs and transport in Germany takes approximately 1 week.
How long does shipment by air freight take?
Goods arrive from Bangladesh within 3 days. In addition, transport in Germany takes 2-3 days.
